  • Trademark, copyright, and intellectual property particulars submitted for registration or advisory

5.2 Service providers

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (cloud hosting, accounting software, scheduling platforms) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to DHULL.

5.3 Professional advisors

Lawyers, auditors, and other professional consultants who assist DHULL in delivering your engagement, subject to professional confidentiality obligations.

5.4 Legal requirements

Where required by law, court order, or competent regulatory authority, including disclosure obligations under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

This Privacy Policy applies only to DHULL's website and services. Where you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
